Apartment house in the manner of Art Nouveau with strongly articulated arrangement of masses and elegant artistic finish of the façade. Both shapes typical of National Romanticism and so called Heimatstil characteristic of German Art Nouveau architecture are traced the image of the building. The finish is made of plaster of various textures and natural stone. Part of the façade on the top floor is designed by using fachwerk construction. Story-telling figural relief fill in a spandrel on thin segment-shaped bay window.
